I’m feeling ready for Spring. Although that really just means a few more months of rain here in the Northwest, but at least it’ll be a little warmer, right? I love spring flowers and thought it would be fun to make a wreath inspired by those flowers.
I think these daffodils look so happy…
And since I already had yellow fabric, I though it’d be fun to make flowers with a red center, kind of like this orange centered one…
Picked up a wreath form at the Dollar Tree as well as some fake flowers, made good use of my glue gun and… Tada!
A nice, cheery wreath ready to brighten my dreary, gray days!
I used both yellow and red buttons as the centers of the flowers. The ribbon to hang it from is a cute sheer with white polka dots and yellow trim, also from the Dollar Tree.
I’m selling this one at Blackberry Junction, but have a form to make one for myself as well (although I don’t think Nolan will be too thrilled, he said this one was too girly).
And… don’t forget to check out the great parties I link up with! Their buttons are all in my left sidebar.
That is so darling! *LOVE*
