A Whole Lot of Busyness Going On

Aside from helping this little guy learn how to use a spoon (he quickly realized that just using his hands with his yogurt is a whole lot faster)

I’ve been busy, busy, busy getting things ready for Blackberry Junction—the bizarre/craft show that I’m selling some things in.  Everything has to be ready Monday morning. I’ll get there, but for now, this is what my garage looks like

11 signs made from cupboard doors. They’re all just one step from being done. A few need some vinyl added while others need another coat of paint and then vinyl peeled off. I’m really excited about how they’ll turn out!

Along with the signs, I’ll be selling ruffled pillows, spring scarves and rosette clips and headbands. My friend Lucy is joining in with me on this and has made a TON of flower clips and accessories as well as some covered notebooks. I’ve been keeping my Silhouette nice and busy cutting cards/tags for the clips and pins. Now to just glue them all together.

I can’t wait to show you how it all turns out! All the small items (clips, pins, headbands and spring scarves) will be displayed using my old trunk.

  1. I love craft shows. I used to find so many back in PA, but they seem few and far between here in VT. Enjoy! It sounds like you have a great selection! Can't wait to see them!

  2. Did Jace actually get some IN his mouth???? Looks like a happy guy! I can hardly wait to see the finished products! Good luck!

  3. I'm a new follower and this cute photo made me smile. I'm a working mom, too, though my baby is (sadly) 14. Its so hard to craft and work, but big cheers for you for making it happen. Can't wait to see what you make.

  4. LOL...I love the pic of Jacers!!

  5. where do you get all your cupboard doors? they are sooo your key one!!!

  6. Funny, I have a similar picture of my 1 year old eating yogurt with a spoon, or rather with her fingers!

I appreciate comments so much! I'll do my best to reply to you here in the comments section, especially if there is a question so future readers can see the answer.
