Giveaway Going On and Other Whatnot

I feel like I haven’t interacted in the blog world for forever! I have 384 blog posts to read and haven’t shared anything with you since Tuesday. But it doesn’t mean I haven’t been creating!

Before I get to telling you all about my life these days, I wanted to make sure you know that I am sponsoring a giveaway right now over at The Bird’s Papaya. I love Sarah’s blog. After discovering that I clicked on her projects through link projects all the time, I wondered why I wasn’t following her. I’ve been following for who knows how long now and love what she makes and the way she describes it. I like the little glimpses she gives us into her life as well. So if you’d like an opportunity to win a rosette trio necklace in your choice of color…

I’ve been crazily crafting and sewing this week. I had a Girl’s Night Out event at a restaurant on Wednesday (and was pleased with my sales), and then this weekend some friends and I have a booth at a festival in a nearby town. I’m really pleased with the inventory I have built up now, but it sure has taken a lot of work to get there! I’m most proud of the fact that I was able to get eight sets of Ants in my Pants outfits made in different colors and sizes. (We don’t need to talk about what time I’ve gone to bed the past two nights.) Any that don’t sell will go up in Jilly Bean’s Babies.

Have you checked out this week’s Make it by Monday link ups? I’m seriously blown away and so excited to have five people join in! I was just hoping we might have one. There’s still time to hop in if you have a project to share (the theme is outdoor games and activities). If you want to join in next week, the theme is Shoe Revamp. I’m really excited about this one!

And now I’m trying to convince myself to finally cut into the cute seersucker fabric I showed you last week. I think some sweet little girl dresses hanging in our booth would draw people in. But at the same time, those 384 unread blog posts are calling my name…

Thanks for stopping by!
