I love crepes. But the idea of making them has always scared me. I didn’t have the right pan. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to flick my wrist correctly to perfectly coat the pan with a thin layer of batter. But then, this evening, I had some leftover homemade whipped cream and crepes sounded good. Thanks to Our Best Bites’ amazing tutorial for “thin pancakes,” we had a delicious dinner.
I used my food processor to mix everything up so quickly and easily, and then the only thing I did differently was I used rubber tipped tongs and a pancake flipper to flip mine (my first rubber scraper attempt didn’t work so well). Then Jace and I enjoyed our crepes filled with yogurt while Nolan just topped his with syrup… and whipped cream of course!
I can’t wait to make them again!
